Because,  all  of  those  medicine  is  very  dangerous    to  our  health.  There  are  3  ways  to  lose  weight  quickly  and  safely  for  health. The  first  one  is  make  a  diet  start  with  your  diet.  For  fast  results,  you  must  change  your  eating  habits. Because  you  want  fast  results,  you  must  make  drastic  changes.  However,  just  because  you  want  to  lose  weight  doesn’t  mean  you  can’t  eat.  In  fact,  you  must  eat , otherwise  you  will  develop  an  eating  disorder  such  as  anorexia  or  bulimia.  Some  girls  prefer  to  have  set  menus  to stick  to, where  as  some  people  prefer  rules.  This  contains  a  bit  of  both. The  second  is  do  some  exercise  don’t  spend  your  days   sitting  on  the  couch  watching  TV! The  third  is   drink  lots  of   water  you  should  have  at  least   8  glasses  of  water  a  day!  Water  rinses  out  unwanted  toxins  from  your  body  and  keeps  your  brain  sharp.  It  keeps  you  hydrated  and  even  helps  keep  your   skin  clear  and  zit-free. Leukocytosis

Leukocytosis is a condition where you have too many leukocytes in your blood.  Leukocytes are also called white blood cells (WBC). Your WBCs are part of your immune system. Your immune system is the part of your body that fights infections and diseases. WBCs are made in your bone marrow, which is soft, spongy tissue inside your bones. Some of your WBCs remain in your bone marrow and some are released into your blood. There are different kinds of WBCs. Each kind of cell may be released into your blood for a different reason.
Leukocytosis occurs when too many WBCs are released into your blood. Leukocytosis may get better with or without treatment. If your blood has a very high amount of WBCs, then you may have hyperleukocytosis. You may not have any signs or symptoms from your leukocytosis. If you do have symptoms, they are often caused by the disease that led to your leukocytosis. Common symptoms that you may have with leukocytosis, or its cause, may include any of the following:
·         Fever (high body temperature).
·         Bleeding or bruising.
·         Feeling weak, tired, or sick.
·         Feeling dizzy, faint, or sweaty.
·         Pain or tingling in your arms, legs, or abdomen (stomach).
·         Trouble breathing.
·         Trouble thinking or seeing.
·         Losing weight without trying or a poor appetite.
All  of  these  are  symptoms  of  leukocytosis.  You  should  notice  it  into  your  health  because  it’s  very  important one.  If  you  have  leukocytosis  you  should  try  to  eat  raw  food  every day  to  prevent   if  from  raise  of  leukocytosis  or  we  called   it   white  blood  cell. I  can  give  you  some example  of  raw  food  such  as  vegetables  and  fruits .  However,  you  shouldn’t  eat  food that  cooked   with  high  temperature,  over  cooked   food  and  the  oil( fried   food ).

Having a good healthy is very important to everybody life. And life is very important to live. So, if we want to get a good healthy we need to do something that very necessary to our health it is Exercise. Exercise everyday can help us a lot of advantages. There are some advantages of doing exercise everyday.
The first, exercise can decreased risk of a Heart Attack by exercising everyday and making positive changes in our diet. We lower our cholesterol and blood pressure and greatly diminish the chances of having a heart attack.
The second, exercise can reduce the risk of Breast cancer by up to 60% Estradiol and progesterone, two ovarian hormones linked to breast cancer tumor production are lowered in the body exercise.
The third, exercise can decreased stress levels the worries and stresses of everyday living(commuting, work demands, conflict etc.) can stick with us long after the work day is done. Exercise right after work is the perfect natural therapy that can change our mood. We’ll sleep better too.
The forth, exercise can help our skin better the pores of the skin open up during exercise. The result is a healthier skin, because of more efficient disposal of impurities and dirt.
As a result, all of these of the body derive invaluable benefits from exercise. Each one of us should set aside a minimum period of 30 to 40 minutes everyday in the morning for exercise.

In today's global environment, technology is very important to all of us. Living, working are all in need of technology.

 We use technogy to communicate, improve general knowdege and much more. In spite of its advantages, there 're also some disadvantages of mobile phone too.First of all, mobile phone can help us when we have danger. For example, if we are in an accident, we can call the police or ambulance and if the phone has a camera, we also can take pictures of the accident.And furthermore, we can listen to music text, play game when we're bored. For example, we just get back from school or work, we can play some music reduce we tiredness and stress. In contrast, mobile phone is dangerous for us. it can impact our health. For example, when you talking too much on the phone, it can damages for hearing and impact to our brain. The other disadvantages is that can cause problems we use the phone while we are driving. For instance, when we use the phone while we are driving, we can get accident because we lose concentration while talking to telephone. In conclusion, everything has it's own advantages and disadvantages including mobile phones. So we need to use it carefully.
